    I liked both of the wagons, but I have a Ranchero, and had a '62 Falcon 2dr wagon before I moved, so they fit my style - just a bit pricey!

    Has anybody used their headers, and do you have contact info for them? I believe they are in the New England area. I understand they fit 351W swaps into '65-'66 chassis. Any info would be appreciated. I need them for my '65 Ranchero.

    Another vote for the 351W. More parts availability, and lighter weight. If you feel like you have to use a big block, why not go with a 428 instead of the 390?

    I've had mine on for over a year and wouldn't go back to stock. You can feel a difference, and I've had no problems with dim lights, A/C or heating up! Get them and you won't be sorry.

    If you don't get the C/C plates, it is doubtful that you will be able to get it aligned.

    Floor pans and hobby welder

    To answer your original question, yes you can use a small hobby welder (stick welder) for your floorpans. I used one like this on my floors, and rear quarter panels with no problems. I used the Eastwood stitch welder attachment for the quarter panels, but just went right at it on the floors.

    I have a '65 Falcon Ranchero, and need to get a tranny. Which is smaller, T-5, toploader, or C-4? (Falcon's have a little less room in the tranny tunnel area than stangs do) Thanks!

    Stang Car Cover - Noah vs. WeatherShield

    I had the weathersheild cover (got it from autoanything.com), but it didn't do the job very well. I returned it and got the Noah. Much better cover, it keeps more water and dust off the car than the more expensive weathershield. BTW, my car sits outside all year.

    powdercoating rims!!

    Here's a shot of my Wheel Replica Cobra "R"'s, with a 3 stage powder coat - metallic gold base, candy apple gold overcoat and clear on top. It cost me $500.00 to have the wheels stripped and then coated.
