Don't forget the little bottle of Ford friction modifier. Even if you use synthetic gear lube I've heard you still need the friction modifier. Good luck!
If you have an X as the 8th digit of your vin then you have a windsor 8 bolt. My 97 Gt has an X. I confirmed this from the parts guy at the Ford dealer.
