    Just picked up an e303 cam for $50. It is used but in good shape. Anybody see any issues with used cams? Still looking for a good deal on valve springs if anyone has them available.

    Engine removal with headers or without?

    My exhaust is welded together, so I leave my headers in all the time. Pulling the motor and putting it in is not a big deal at all, it is changing the starter, had to pull the motor for that.

    Oil leak! (pic inside)

    I have been told you can use the green threadlocker, pinetrating stuff or something like that. An old biker told me to clean the area where the leak is real good of oil, Then squeeze it into the crack and it will actual pinetrate the metal forming a seal. Not sure if this works but I may try it...

    Both those cams sound great, how are they for performance. I will be putting a supercharger back on mine. So will the springs break or just not allow enough lift? Which springs do you recommend? Any place that sells a set for a good price? How much am I looking at? If I can find some...

    Did I overpay ?

    Just bought Pro-M 80mm mass air with filter, 30lb injectors with fuel rail for $165 off ebay. GT40 explorer upper and lower with the TB and elbow, also with fuel rails and 19lb injectors for $120 off ebay. I love ebay : )

    Sounds like your starter is hear soaked to me. Mine got distroyed by the heat from the headers, had the same problems, my starter was not that old either. I put a mini starter on it.

    I like both but I would say GT500. I got to drive a GT500 vert and fell in love with it. I bet if you hold on to the GT500 it will be worth alot more money in 30 years. Saleen could too though, who knows.
