How much is too much?
If you go with more boost, I think you will split your block. How much boost are you running right now. 400hp is pretty good, I wish I was up there. I cant see **** at night, I have the smoked headlights and my entire front window is tinted 35% and the sides are 5%:D I always make it home though, it is dangerous. I have no windshield wipers either, my choice. If my window wasnt tinted I would be OK. I have some pics of the lights on the car...- d.r.moss

Optima Battery recomendation for our cars
Mine always get bad cells. Both times I have taken it back, two different employees, I just say I need a new battery and throw mine on the counter. They say, Optima, go grab one of the self. They say it is a common problem. Dont even bother testing them. I always heard good about them...- d.r.moss

Should i keep my 95 GT???
Keep it, one of these days you are going to want to rebuild it anyways. By the sounds of it, the body and interior were taken care of so chances are the motor was too. You can probably get another 50,000 miles on it or more as long as you take care of it. I thought about selling mine years ago...- d.r.moss

Optima Battery recomendation for our cars
I'm just glad Optima Batteries have a 3 year warranty. My battery goes bad every two years, I'm on my third one. I will never buy one again. I would, actually I did, change all 6 pcs. Usually the stock lenses turn to a yellowish color, so the new corners look to good for the other four, know what I mean? releasing fuel pressure
I dont think you have alot of pressure in the lines after the car is shut off. I have always just disconnected them and a little excess will run out.- d.r.moss

Look on the ends of the heads, they should have three or four bars. Three bars are GT40 heads and four bars are GT40P heads. Lightnings I believe had the GT40 heads. STARTER
I just install a mini starter on mine a week ago. I had those two touching when I installed. When I hooked the battery back up it began to whine. I unhooked the battery, fixed the wire, and it worked. If they did touch, I dont think they would have distroyed your starter and you would have heard...- d.r.moss

How about this shifter?
Cant beat that price, but I just put a MGW in mine on Thursday, and I love it, it feels like I am driving a whole new car. It cost me $197 though. I plan on keeping the car forever though, so whats another $200?- d.r.moss
