    I feel your pain and I'd like to add my support and comments. As a former Auto Tech instructor and ASE Certified Master Auto Tech, I would not pull an engine and disassemble until I was certain that's where the probem is. A compression test is good, but a leak-down test is more conclusive...

    If you look at Motor Trend's track record, is this a big surprise? One of their biggest blunders that comes to my mind is back in 1980 when they chose the Chevy Citation!!! :rlaugh: Their criteria and mine are very different! :shrug: :shrug:

    Those that have sat in the 05

    I'm just 6'1" and fit very nicely behind the wheel. My '95 is a little short on leg room unless I take off my shoes so my feet can go beyond the pedals when cruising. I did notice on the '05 that with the front seats all the way back they come within 2" of touching the back seat. Oh well...

    You could just use the Build & Price your 2005 Mustang on this site to see both List & Invoice price for your 'stang exactly any way you want it. I think I'll wait for Mach I version with a shaker hood scoop myself.
