Can't Fill Gas Tank on 05 GT?

Turning it upside down rotates the vapor pick-up inlet 180-degrees to where the exiting vapors don't shut the pump off as easy. Look into the business end of a gas pump nozzle, and then it'll make sense.

Value of a mustang(modded) goes down a lot?

That depends entirely on what parts of the vehicle have been modified. For the most part, mods that effect any of the EPA-mandated components WILL void your warranty ... and that includes altering the fuel map in your PCM (doing a tune) which often is done with a CAI mod. Most everything else...

Value of a mustang(modded) goes down a lot?

It's my personal preference to acquire an unmolested vehicle (any make/model or motorcycle) when buying used. I'm not saying you're reducing the value of a car by modding it ... it's your car to do as you please. I just wanted to point out that many buyers do shy away from modified vehicles...

Advice on "maybe" my new Car

That sounds high, but I don't know where you're located, and location can be a price driver, but I'll take a guess you're in the UK. FYI, I bought my '07 GT Premium (coupe) last summer with 7,200 miles, and paid $22K USD. CD changer will most likely only play CDR. I haven't tried CDRW in the...

    Is it reasonable, 2006 Mustang

OK, I'm surprised. KBB says a 2006 V6 with leather, 78K miles, alloy wheels, and automatic in "good" to "very good" condition is worth between $10,200 and $10,500 in my zip code ... and that's a "private party" sale ... will be higher at a dealer.

    Is it reasonable, 2006 Mustang

Well, I haven't checked KBB or NADA values, but that's more than I would spend for a V6. When we sold my wife's 2005 V6 in 2007, it had 24k miles and it went (quick) for $14K.

    Is it reasonable, 2006 Mustang

    OO7 - I must be missing something because I can't tell if you're talking about a V6 or GT model. Seems a little high-priced if it's a V6.

    Need Help

Don't forget the Premium Package will help your resale value later on. When I went shopping for a used Mustang, I passed on all of the cloth seat models. But that's just my opinion. If others are OK with cloth seats, power to 'em.

So how does one identify whcih threads have been read versus those that haven't? Nevermind. I just noticed that the font goes from bold to normal ... but it's kind of too subtle of a difference. Ah-hah! Changed format back to "social" and it's much more pronounced.
