    shifting issue

    ive noticed this in a lot of stick cars i have driven, including my car. i think that sometimes when you stop, the gears just dont line up (thats the simple way of putting it). i solve it like you and just put it into another gear then it slides into first. never thought it was a big deal :shrug:

    yea running your own speaker wire will always produce better quality than the factory wiring. but for lazy people like me, thats not something i want to do until it breaks haha

    yea, the plug that originally plugs into the factory deck. instead of that one you gotta plug it into the 2 on the right side. and by premium sound you mean the standard tape deck right?

    now that i think about it, i think that in order for an aftermarket deck to work you have to bypass the amp, so you may have done that already or was the deck it it when you bought the car?
