    Moroso Pro Coil HO here. Moroso claims their coil outperforms the rest especially as rpm`s go up and it doesn`t make any power hum/buzzing noises.

    It`s well marketed garbage,in the same category as Slick 50,Dura Lube and many others. I`ve read of other sources saying it causes oil to foam not just on the bitog site.

    I bought a set of ASP underdrive pulleys from DECH back in the early 90`s. He really knew how to make these 5.0L cars handle.I think he was an engineer by profession.

    I can`t think offhand of any car from any mfg that actually looked better with a body kit. All the cars I`ve seen with body kits look worse than stock imo.

    The intake bolt`s are 5/16". If you leave that front passenger side bolt out,you will likely have coolant leakage.

    That`s strange.It`s been a while but I`m pretty sure my stock intake has the big baffle. There`s a pic of a stock lower on the tmoss porting site and it has the big baffle. Maybe Ford or whoever cast them used a small one on some stock intakes?:shrug:

    UPR products...opinions?

    As mentioned above UPR is a copycat company and I believe most of their products are made overseas. I wouldn`t buy any of their junk. They fairly recently copied the Fiore firewall adjuster and did a **** job at it.

    It keeps oil that gets splashed up from the lifter valley away from the underside of the manifold around where the PCV valve draws suction.

    Just a heads up. That new Cobra intake is the made in China version and Ford Racing has a new oil baffle design to address problems with too much oil being sucked up the PCV. I would get and install the new redesigned baffle to replace the puny baffle on the new Cobra intakes.

    Quality Clutch Quadrant?

    I`ve read the adjustable cables suck,but someone on corral mentioned that Hay`s makes one for 5.0L stangs that`s apparently heavy duty and well built. Might want to take a look at the Hay`s cable if you have problems with other adjustable cables or can`t run the OEM cable.

    It won`t charge worth a crap at idle if you use the big alternator pulley that comes with the kit on a 2g alternator. When I still had the 2g alternator I left the stock pulley on.It would charge ok at idle until you started turning on accessories like the lights,heater fan,etc. I then...

    Valve lift with 1.7rr's and stock cam?

    Stock cam lobe lift is .278" x 1.7 rocker = .4726" lift. You gain roughly .030" lift with the 1.7`s and stock cam.
