    A/C condenser for heater core?

4th heater core? Where are you buying them from? Buy one from Ford, and not the parts store junk. Don`t think it`s possible to use the AC evaporator core as a heater core. There`s going to be some refrigerant oil inside it anyways.

    Best way to flush coolant

If you want to get all the crap out,you need to remove the cylinder block drain plugs after using a flushing tee. If the block drain plugs are not removed after running water through the system, you will not get all the crap out of the bottom of the block. So after flushing it...

    cobra intake

A stock upper is 12-18lb-ft,so a Cobra should be in the same range as it uses 5/16" bolts also. No torque pattern for the upper in manuals, just for the lowers. Start in the middle and work out.Snug they down a bit by hand first then go to say 10lb-ft then 15lb-ft.Should be enough.

    distributor- 5spd vs auto?

I think the only difference between a stock EFI 5spd and auto distributor,is that the TFI module on the 5spd distributor has a feature that allows the car to be push started.

    Heat isn't very warm.

Start with the thermostat since you don`t know whats in there. The 190-195* thermostats will give the most heat.I had a 180* in for one winter and the heat was not that good compared to a 195* high flow stat.

    Broken E-brake cable

Mine broke at the equalizer bar and the rest of the cable got sucked into the reel, then the equalizer bar and cables rubbed on the driveshaft. Rewinding the spring is easy if you put the handbrake assembly in a vise then use the short cable to pull on the reel until you can line up the small...
