    Does MSD Coil make a difference...

    I`ve read that those MSD coils make a buzzing noise that drives a lot of people nut`s. Look at the Moroso Pro Coil HO instead. Moroso claims their coil outperforms all the rest,especially when the rpm`s go up and it doesn`t make noise.

    You`d be better off getting a 3g alternator if you don`t have one already instead of a race crank pulley. Especially with an electric fan and water pump. I don`t know if even a 3g would charge at idle with a 1-7/8" overdrive alternator pulley and a 50% reduction race crank pulley.Probably...

    stock stud size?

    Stock heads use a wimpy 5/16" bolt for the rockers. 5/16-18 x 1.35" according to my Ford manual.

    Did you bench bleed the new mc first? Is the booster pushrod set up properly? If your getting solid fluid at all 4 wheels with no air,it could be a defective mc. What parts are you using? :shrug:

    Basically a waste of money unless you want the bling factor.Some of them have fitment issues. Stock system is already a cold air system,just remove the silencer.

    Yeah that`s common. You need something hotter than propane to heat them up like an acetylene torch or maybe propane with the oxygen tank. Use antiseize on the new studs.

    Who likes the stock shifter??? It`s a pos bigtime. I have a Tri-Ax and it`s 100 times better than the stock garbage shifter. A good aftermarket shifter is a serious improvement!!!
