    washin her up

Wash it in the shade and wipe it down good. Make sure you use a clean towel that has not been dropped on the floor. That dirt and sand will do a number on your paint.

    disconnecting battery??

I would have to say that the tune is programmed into the computer. The only way you will lose it if you take it out. It's just like a program you have on the computer you are using right now. Unplug it and does it go away?

Got MGW shifter today, one more question....

What they all said. Very easy. The hardest part for me was to break the stock shifter off. Break isn't the best word, but the sealer was on there pretty good. You'll see what the instructions are talking about once it comes off. Be sure you have rags in the car so you don't have the...

guys do you really have to remove dash to get blower moter?

I was looking it over one day and it appears there are a few screws holding it in--usually you don't need to take the dash apart. Should be straight-forward. As mentioned, buy a Haynes manual as it would help tons.

Exhaust Leak Can't seem to fix.

I was at the auto parts store and saw that they have exhaust tape. Apparently you put it on the pipe, slide the other over and clamp it. When it heats up, it seals the joints. Give it a try.

Loose wire after head replacement...help please.

I'm trying to think of what you are talking about...if I remember right, there is a single wire with a rubber boot on it. It attaches to a bolt somewhere near the EGR. I found a picture of the engine online but it didn't have the wiring harness. I believe it attaches to the EGR valve or some...

    Electrical Issues.

I don't have a manual in front of me, but I would check to see what else is on that fuse. Go through the list to make sure everything is in working order. Could be as simple as something is crossing the two poles on the light short-circuiting the circuit. If nothing is found, then the end...

    Seafoam is teh *****!

It's not bad, but I would recommend changing it pretty soon. If you're that worried, then wait until soon before the oil change and SEAFOAM IT!

Don't know why it would be the motor. It cannot randomly get power whenever it wants to. Another vote for the switch.

Any tips for cleaning under the hood

I just did this last week. Sprayed Simple Green liberally on the engine, let it sit. Then sprayed the engine with a low-power spray, like a mist that CobraM23 states. Took the wet/dry vac, put it on blower and blew the water out. Started the engine, let it warm up and evaporate the rest. I...

I occassionally get that in mine. Don't know why, for some reason there is a spot and everything seems dry. When I had a warranty on it the dealer said the shifter was a little loose and fluid leaked out.

    Need Some Help Fellas....

For the stalling problem, check the IAC and clean or just replace and forget about it. Secondly, you may have put too much oil on the filter--most everyone does. Clean the MAF by using the Bullit Archive as a guide.

    Relay going crazy

If you're sure it's electronic, check out the wiring and such. I know that there's an issue with a weld breaking back in the back deck that causes a clicking sound, but I only hear it when the radio is turned low or off.
