    How do you know that it is the relay? The only thing in the trunk it could be would be the keyless entry for the trunk release. Is your car modded or stock?

    Don't the instructions state MGW contacted Tremec regarding this transmission and recommend NOT putting them on? I remember reading that when I installed mine. So since the engineers at MGW talked to the engineers at Tremec, I would believe them. So I didn't install mine.

    I've used something like that. Works pretty well and I applied it liberally. I haven't had the problem in my cars since I've turned my A/C on at least once a month and let the air circulate through the system.

    It's possible that oil spilled, but also a possibility the PCV valve was leaking while the car was running at some point. Check the area around that (which looks like an upside-down "L" and is under the rubber intake tube) and see if there is any trace of oil.

    Well, if the fluid was low and when you added some it went away, you may have a leak someplace. Get a friend to sit in the car and turn the wheel while you are under the hood listening for where the sound comes from. Good bet is it's coming from the pump.

    I would agree. I've had mine on for about 9 months now and still like the looks of it. If you want to go more expensive, go ahead. I think the quality of them is really good. And have no complaints. Installation was pretty straight-forward.

    Is the smoke coming from the pipes or from the engine but "pouring"--for a lack of a better term--under the car? If from the tips, run your finger in there, if it is more than just a dusting on the pipes, there would be a leak someplace internal that is causing it to burn up.

    Does it sound like it's coming from the front or back? If the back, then the tips on your exhaust are loose. The hangers for the tips are quite long and you may be able to get by with chopping a bit of metal off. Also make sure that the pipes are not hitting any part of the frame, suspension...
