    Dude the swap wasn't that hard. Since you wanna go carbed like me, just get yourself a torker II intake, a fuel pressure regulater to slow down the fuel going to the carb, a nice 650-750 DP carb, Kmember and everything else is the same as 302.

What Im tring to accomplish about 500-600hp N/A, and able to add a 200 shot, but don't wanna spend like 2500 for a Dart block, gonna add a girdle, and maybe a half fill, would this be achievable...

    I know they are different motors, it some weird combo this guy was talking about. What I wanna know is if this 351C much stronger the a 351W, and if I do use the Clevland, is there any advantage over the windosor?

    My engine shop told me to get a 351C block and I can use most parts from 351W. Has anyone ever heard of this, they say its a stronger block and can handle more power, the block is a 74 I think.

    I tried that swap on a 4cyl 90, pulled the motor out and went to put in a v8, and the kmember was different.

    Thinner may work, you might have scrub a littile, if it doesn't work just get some trim paint.

    For those chips you sanded down, you might not have to do the bondo thing, can be hard to get perfect, just get some high build primer, theres no need to bondo minor dings anymore, you will love the high build primer trust me.

    You guys are correct, the 351w can hold upto 500 pretty safely, you can girdle it and convert to 4bolt main, but you will not gain much more strentgh, the mains are still pretty small. If you want big power numbers just up the compression, full fill the block, then you can get in the big hp...
