    Yea that's what I figure.... My bf drives a red '03 GT and he's messed with constantly. But i'm not upset about it, cuz it is not like I would do anything anyway :D (probably at least, really depends on where i am and who's around)

    I think more often I have older guys ask "That your's? Can you handle that thing?" ..or "Make sure you're careful with that big engine there..." :mad: I think maybe it's intimidating on the road? :shrug: No one tries to "mess" with me on the road either.. I don't ever look over either...

    Same... and I have to use Premium too. I love every minute I drive the car so I wouldn't sell it no matter what prices get to. And I drive it how I want...not to save gas. Plus now that the weather is awesome, I'm taking more back roads instead of the boring highway....My drive is 60miles...

    haha i agree it's just a cool thing to have but not that useful... 'tis cool though. but not for $170 either.. However I might have to kinda shift like that in the summer if my middle chrome piece on my shifter is too hot! :D

    Only car I own.. just hit 63K miles today actually.. I figure, i'm not gonna worry about mileage since I'll put a new engine in her later anyway after she's paid off and i get a new car. :D

    I did new gauges and painted a few things DSG, I didn't paint the whole radio console thing...just the trim. :) The gauges are silver (just reflected the flash in the pic, that glow bluish at night) and a MGW shift knob with the polished pony...

    Raleigh.....my parents used to live in hope mills though. My '04, I just have to put the shifter to the left (in N) then put it in R. My bf's '03 he has to put it in 1st then R. :shrug:
