    They are functional unless you Velcro a big Pep Boy gauge to your dash and the wires are left dangling...bwahaha....actually saw that on a ricer in a parking lot. :rlaugh:

    I don't think it's asking a lot nowadays for these little extras. Technology nowadays makes it cheap to do and if they are to compete with other makes they should put a few extra conveniences in their top of the line models that are common in a standard vehicle these days. :shrug:

    Thanks, notchstang92. I wanted to get the 2000 R 18" rims but no income at this time. (IT guy out of job) :( If you want tires that stick and last a long time, these are the tires to get. :nice:

    I have the exact ones. I love them. :nice: I've had Nitto 555 Extreme Drags and those where great but not for daily driving, only 100 treadwear. The tread is awsome on these; treadwear 300 and that's the most grip I've had on such a hard tire. :nice:

    Ha! Yeah, I read ya on that. I'd hate to be accused of any Ricer maneuvers, by chasing people down and claiming victory. I thought being I was in the same ballpark HP wise he would've wanted to play a little. :( Oh well, I'm sure I'll get my fill if not too much when they are released...

    K&N Oil Filter, Is it worth it

    I'm at 72k on my '01 Cobra and changed my oil every 3k. I want to go to synthetic and found Valvoline 5w 20 full synthetic, I wanted mobile 1 but couldn't find the 5/20...is this a good oil to go full synthetic with or is it too late with my mileage? :shrug:

    The cruise control lights would be nice, but I've come to memorize the location and feel of the buttons. ie...raised button is off, recessed button coast and the..... oh wait...hmmm, yeah lights would be nice. :D
