What Gauge Wire for Electric Fan Install.

Crap! I just looked at what you paid for that controller. Its like $35 worth of internals to build your own thats adjustable, or $20 for a non-adjustable one. A zenor diode, a relay, and a thermastat switch. You could even throw in l.e.d. indicator lights for a few cents more. Just remember to...

What Gauge Wire for Electric Fan Install.

The AWG is going to be determined by the current draw and length of the run. Just guessing on the current draw of your fan, but I would imagine its ~30A so stranded 10AWG would be the proper size.

    Hatch rattle 88gt

You will have to find a junk yard for the hinge because as far as I know there is no place to get new ones. I tried a couple of years ago to find new ones. Make sure the bumpers are there and adjusted properly. It could also be the striker bushing. They say that the striker bolt and big washer...

was involved in a small accident in the fox. help please

Yep, They will find out. Seatbelts doesn't matter when it comes to liability. The way the insurance, law & attorneys view it, is that he never would have been in the accident/hurt/car damage if it weren't for your negligence. And it varies state by state but here in Indiana he has 1 yr to file...

was involved in a small accident in the fox. help please

Just so you know, he will probably end up claiming with your insurance. Usually the stiffness and pain doesn't hit you until a day or two....so he will hit them up for med bills, body damage and the usual "pain & suffering"

Yeah he had another thread in the tech section. It was tuned on a Mustang Dyno. Numbers were low. He was having an MSD problem as well. As for the Roush heads he's using...I have heard nothing but bad about those heads

    8.8" rebuild cost

All new bearings, races, pinion seal, shims, axle bearings & seals in a "super master" rebuild kit is somewhere in the neighbor hood of $125. Trac-Lok rebuild kit $80. Gear oil $30. Chances are you probably need a rear seal in your tranny now too $15. Then the labor that can be anything from...

    Hood won't line up!!!

Like already mentioned...get you gaps right without the latch in place, then go to the latch set-up...I would lean more towards the latching mechanism since you have had a hood that was fine on it, then switched hoods and thats when the problems started. As you are lowering the hood is it moving...

    Electrical Issue please help!

True the charging system could be upgraded more if you wanted and if this ends up being the case, but caps are not a band-aid. They are suppose to be used for instances like this, voltage storage, along with isolating parts of a circuit, or filtering, or voltage multiplier, or etc.... I guess...

    Electrical Issue please help!

Make sure all of your connections (stereo equipment, battery, 3g, etc) are good. Make sure that all of the wiring is the correct size for distance and current (amperage) being used. What kind of amperage is the stereo equipment pulling? You could be still pulling more current than your 3g...

What can a stock rear end hold up to?

Its gonna be interesting to see where this goes....IMO, You have nothing to worry about with or without slicks with your mods. The tranny will go before the rear. I have never had a rear problem except for the trac-lok.
