    You know, tearing her down and honing the bore and polishing the crank journals. Then reassembling w/ new bearings, rings, and seals and reusing the stock pistons, rods, and crank with NO machine work. Opinions....thoughts....pointers???? I am not on a budget......I am robbing from Peter to pay...

    AODE Virgin!!!

    Start saving, it's gonna cost CONSIDERABLY more than $500 to rebuild your AOD-E. I recommend you do a little homework and some soul searching before you buy a converter. You DON'T want to have to do it twice.

    Smoke coming from back of intake....

    Well, I posted this in the other forums, but you guys are the best at helping. I bought a 92 GT and after the car warms up, it puffs a little smoke from the back of the intake around the PCV valve when you rev it. Could the grommet be bad? Or is this a sign of a worn out engine?? It doesn't...

    94 mustang antifrezze leak

    My bet is your radiator is shot. Stock radiators don't even classify as crap. If you will look up along the passenger side tank where the plastic is attached to the aluminum, I bet you see antifreeze.

    GT-40P head combo....Spark plug issues????

    I would like to do a P head, E cam, and Eddy intake combo on a 91 LX. How can I make it work w/ standard shorty headers??? Special plugs??? Wires??? HELP!!!!!!! Also, what kinda power can I expect from this combo?? Can I use the stock fuel system and TB and mass air???

    Possibly, but I would more likely end up dumping money into one car, as opposed to buying another..... ......like maybe in a couple years adding a set of AFR's and custom cam. :nice:

    4 lugs and NON anti-lock doesn't mean much to me. Hell, there's gobs of 94-95 guys eliminating the ABS on their cars, and I can switch to 5 lug for a couple hundred. Besides, it's got 4 lug Cobra R's on it anywho...... Yeah, most people here already have a SN95, but there are a few who come...
