    What size bolt for EGR delete in cylinder head?

    5/8-11 x1" bolts with 2 washers. 2 washers because the holes are slightly deeper than 3/4" before you hit the inside of part of the casting... the washer helps space them out slightly.

    I'm not sure where you'd find that retainer. Have you checked to see if the 2 screws that hold the retainer are tight?

    If it's leaking from or due to the clips being cracked or broken I'd replace the clips. I know that you can buy the clips http://www.foxresto.com/products/byCategory/252/Sunroof but I don't know that you can buy the retainer assembly (the plastic it fits into).

    I thought that the plastic/nylon part in the front fender wells was called the splash shield?
