    Very nice that should drop a good 80-90lbs off the car. I went through that same problem with my 2000 the driver side caliper started dragging really bad on mine.

    There have been plenty of guys making 1000RWHP on the stock Cobra crank with no problems so I don't think you have much to worry about.

    The weather right now down here is flat out nasty. When my car was in 11.9 trim in this weather at this track I was running 12.2 at 110-111 so you aren't that far off at all. What tires were you on? Congrats that's getting it done with NPI heads! Bill

    How Much HP Does it Take to Trap 113?

    My car went 113 at about 500' DA, 286RWHP and 3150lb race weight. At 2000' DA the car would barely break 112MPH traps. If he had ported heads I'd believe it. A Mustangdyno generally reads lower than a dynojet, which is what my car was tested on.

    Sounds to me like he's getting a terminator engine not a NA 4v with a blower bolted on. Stock terminator engine is good for well over 450RWHP.     Generally speaking I'd say yes. Everyone has different opinions on where to draw the line. To me a body part is a body part, doesn't matter what they come on if they look good put them on your car. However a badge or emblem that identifies a different engine/trans/limited edition is a no no.
