    Coupe to Fastback?

    I bet it can be done, but it won´t be easy... I changed new roof for my coupe, and with same effort i could have changed it to fastback... I had to install new quarter panels and outerwheel wells also (rust and fenderflares...) Just make sure you have you have the body supported correctly before...

    how much play is alowable in u-joints???

    Changing them is a good idea. I hope it solves the problem. Had some play in my u-joints, and it was due to driveshafts ends gotten too wide, if you see what I mean.

    Modifiyng Alu-Wheels

    Wheels are centerline tiype with 12 wheels, and I think they can take it... I´m same time changing my 225-60/15 to 225-50/16, so they get a little smaller... That help cause I have Neg wedge kit..

    Have yoiu guys ever had issues about streght of alu wheels? I have to mill some 4-5 mm (of 20mm) of from center of wheel to fit my front wheels properly? Can it be done? I think they have strenght enough even with 15 mm wallthickness.. Comments? Any good laughs :p

    351 victor jr under 66 shelby hood?

    Hmm.. I´ve looked my engine height from clutch linkage´s support point on motor, which shows that my 351 sitis 1" lower than my 289 did. Or is the support positioned lower in 351? (sorry to steal the thread...)

    Electricgreen is right. That cowl area is hard to repair properly. Been there. You can propably find some rust under pedals, but thats easy compared to cowl area...

    Get Heddmans. They do the job well for the money. I have heddmans 351 swap hedders in my -66, and they fit nicely, and it is tight in there...

    66 Mustang upper A- arm bushings

    Just make sure those repros are as strong as originals. I`ve heard of repros wich are not as thick as originals. I stayed with my originals and boxed them...

    Just make sure Turbos are big enough, although smaller turbo gives better response, it may resist exhaust too much and melt your pistons... I´d try it. With 9,0:1 compression it´ll make serious hp even with 5 psi pressures. :nice:

    I´m installing same setup in spring also. Just curious, do they work with lowering blocks? I have 1" blocks... Any of you guys running Panhard bars with Early stangs, are they worth the effort with leaf springs?

    Thanks. I`ll take your word on it and buy those. I`m doing complete reqiring also, and am having probs with color codes( which pin is which...). Maybe that electrical is good enough for that. That Haynes that I got sucks big time on those...

    Toploader variables
