    Hmmmm, FYI, aftermarket MAF are useless on bolt on GTs. And it is quite possible to hit 300rwhp with the N/A 2v 4.6. Ken Bjonnes is right around 370 if I recall correctly :nice:

    I would advise spending some money on forged internals if you want to make serious power. My friend is running an S-trim @ 8psi making 430 rwhp. I think it's a conservative setup and will last a long time but I wouldn't recommend more than 10 psi on the stock longblock.

    Hmmm, no 99-01 Cobra use an aluminium block, 03+ use iron. 99-01 have cast internals, 03+ have forged internals. The heads are differents, the cams are different, not the same engine AT ALL.

    Had the same problem except the ding never stopped. Turned out to be a defective door catch (mechanism located inside the door).

    Congrats man, going down the track is fun, isn't it ? There's definitely LOTS of room for improvement though. To give you an idea, I went [email protected] mph (1.97 60') on narrow 16" street tires. Mods include shifter, mufflers and weight reduction.

    A/C Question

    Don't know how loud it is but it could be the A/C dryer bottle hitting the firewall. Noticed the noise disappeared when I held the bottle. I modified the bracket and never heard it since... Does it sounds like its coming from your exhaust ? :shrug:
