    standalone wideband

It did at one time but I messed with it a little. Not sure what fixed it but make sure your RPM selection for the converter is correct. If this does not work, try going through the manual RPM calibration (see the instructions but this is where you hold the engine at 2K for 10 sec or so while...

    standalone wideband

I've been using an LM-1 for over a year and I am very happy with it. To make it worthwhile I'd get the RPM converter so you can log RPMs and AFR. YOu can record with the LM-1 and download to your PC or use a laptop for recording.

    C&L Plenum + Accufab or BBK 75mm

The Accufab is a much higher quality piece but either will work. The BBK is a cast aluminum part while the Accufab is machined from a solid chunk of aluminum. I used to sell both and have installed both - if it were me, I'd buy the Accufab.

    Question about Steeda Underdrive pullies

The pulleys come with a bolt that you use to drive the crank pulley on, then you take that one out and reuse your stock bolt.

    gear install parts list

In terms of supplies, you'll also need some silicone sealant for the rear cover and I'd buy some Prussian Blue dye so that you can see the pattern on the ring gear (the white dope is not real helpful).

    owner's manual says 5w-30 or 10w-30?

Just curious what the book says for the 94/95.

    12 second notch?

I agree. Technique is a huge part of it. Waaaaay back a friend of mine got a 1989 GT to run 12.99 with stock long block, including an unported stock intake.

so.. anyone use Acetone in their gas tank?

I have a friend with a 4 cyl Mustang and claims 2+ MPG better. I'd never use it on anything that I really love.

Is it worth porting stock heads?

Depends on what your goals are. A decent port job, 3-angle valve job, the correct intake, cam, exhaust and gears, fuel pump, tune, etc, you can get a 5 -spd car in the mid/low 12's in the qtr. If you are on a budget and can port them yourself, you can make good power for super cheap. I...

Reliable Rebuilt AOD is it possible??

Go with a company that specializes in performance transmissions (ie, one advertising in MM&FF or 5.0). Stay far away from local chain rebuilders.

Reliable Rebuilt AOD is it possible??

Whatever you do, go with a company that specializes in Ford or at least domestic performance transmissions (ie one advertised in MM&FF or 5.0). Stay far, far away from a local chain rebuilder.

    Freeze Plug the PCV hole!!!!

Depending on what you are building. You will get better ring seal by using the PCV over open breathers but if you get too radical, the stock PCV system may not flow what you need. I'd leave it if you can.

Custom built short block. Can have either 28oz or 50oz balance. Which is better?

Depending on the assembly, I'd go zero and do it internally as Rick said. But 28 vs. 50, do the 28.

    plenum/tb install instructions?

Maybe it should but it probably will not. I know C&L does not include one nor does MAC or Trick Flow. Not sure about the others and my info is about a year old which is the last time I handled these.

    Good info about engine oils

Just to add some info... I tried an extended oil change and kept Royal Purple in there for 8K miles but changed the filter twice in there. Had the oil analyzed and results came back great - lab said I could go longer between changes.

    best road suspension?

Steeda sport springs will give a nice ride when combined with Tokicos or other nice dampers. They also have very nice control arms.

    plenum/tb install instructions?

You will probably want to get a new EGR gasket (about $1.00) before you start. The old one may come off fine or it may come off in pieces. About the TPS screws... I use a long screwdrive and attach vice grips to the handle. Then I get a buddy to push forward on the handle while I slowly turn...

car runs at 210-212* w/ AC in heat...Too high?

Sounds like a water flow problem, possibly your radiator.
