    I bought it straight from Ford it was motorcraft ... and my tranny leaked down to not even a quart when I started noticing the whining. Thats when we changed the fluid but with no help.

    Mine is horrible it grinds shifting into 2nd above 2500rpms and whines in all gears but 4th. 2nd gear problem is def that the syncro is bad and the whine is a bad bearing from where the fluid got low

    never thought about that "Chythar" kinda funny how its the same color and same top color as the pace car. they could have jus thrown some gt parts on it ... would that make this RARE? lol Thats quite a bit of difference ... glad they saw it your way!

    Convertible top cylinder question

    I cant remember exactly but im pretty sure its held in my a t-50 or 45 (not sure) bolt and a 13mm bolt or nut. I didnt actually change mine I just bought a new top with the frame and switched em out. and I sold the 2 cyclinders off my old one. But it shouldnt be that hard jus get those back...

    New Radiator

    I got a stock replacement and it comes with those holes with a few adapters. My understanding is that it was for either a manual or automatic (but only used in an auto). I have a manual if that matters (I didnt use them).

    i've got one that dont work (well it'll go up and down but thats it) ... well since that was no help ive seen a few on ebay but, who knows if the gears are stripped or not. thats a big chance!
