    What does your clutch pedal feel like? Often a clutch that is too loose will have tons of slop at top of the pedal and it won't be going to get Stiff until the actual disengagement point how far do you have to push down on the clutch.until it gets stiff and begins to disengage?

    While the t45s can have internal.fork issues, it would be difficult to.shift too with engine off if there was internal issues..stiff clutch and difficulty shifting mean your cable is.misrouted, going bad, miss adjusted, or worst case (not likely) bad pressure plate on clutch

    Uh..the same way that stuff in bottles at parts stores cure it. How do you know he has a mechanical Failure? Can't tell you how many noisy lifters over the decades I've cured with a simple bottle of oil additive...if there is any gunk, dirt, etc in the lifter,..a good cleaner may fix the issue.

    U can try it..I poured a bottle into my ram.. Into the brake booster line while it was running. Smoked a ton but not sure if it made a difference.

    This diagram is straight out of the manual from above. Use it to help your troubleshooting. FYI, there should be a ground behind the glove box...since you were likely in this general area with your wiring swap, it's very likely that you broke the ground for the circuit.

    No offense, I can tell youre young...this is not a path you want to go down with that car...many reasons for that, but you are much much better starting with a v8 equipped car..a 94/95 gt was offered with a 5.0, and therefore upgrading to a 5.8 in one of those is mostly just a bolt in affair.
