    no not all the time. the holes are so small, its only gonna affect your idle and not the driveability or the air/fuel ration under part throttle or acceleration. you will be fine

    i use one and it works great for modified cars. especially works well with idle. if you want to raise your idle, you will just install it and then loosen the screws the same amount a little at a time and it will bypass the iac.

    just swap it out. and yes it will fix your idle immediately. i couldnt get my new stroker to idle at all with my c and l. it would just idle up and down and shut off. i got so frustrated and ordered a pro m calibrated for my 42's. i didnt beleive the hype about pro m but i was at a stand still...

    the only thing i dont like about that is where it says from 1/8 to 1/2 turn. You will sure as hell get rocker noise. I would go at minimum 1/2 turn past zero lash

    clearance?

    you can remove the baffle. my trick flow covers dont have a baffle and for the past 2 years, i havent gotten a drop of oil in the intake through the vent tube. People usually get oil in there intake through the pcv. I run a oil catch in line for that.

    well if they are stud mount, go 1/2 turn past zero lash and then lock them down. That would be best for street and minimal noise. If you find you still have noise, you can just go back and give them all another aditional turn. Is that what your asking or do you need to know the whole nine yards...

    Havent dynoed the car yet. i can tell you one thing though, rolling 2nd and 3rd gear burnouts on stock 16x8 and a tko are fun and scary at the same time.:flag: Woody at fordstrokers is a pretty good guy

    i have the same kit dude and your following the wrong torque specs. your using the torque specs listed for a 1/2 bolt. that size bolt is for a big block 460. your supposed to be using the the smaller bolt torque specs. 80pounds on your final torque. good god, of course they keep snapping lol!

    ok. well go with the smaller spacer from trick flow then. i think the one i have is a 3/8 inch. ill measure it for you later today. i see you have a cowl hood too. thats a plus. i dont and put a nice little pop not in my hood from the throttle body vent that goes to the oil fill. lol

    Rocker adjustment

    The rockers should have locks. you cant adjust them the way you normally do during a build and then go back and another 1/2 turn. Your gonna wind up having all your valves stuck open. Set them at a half turn to begin with and lock them. done

    there should be plenty of clearance man. If not you could use a spacer. I had to use a spacer on my setup below becuase my egr valve was hitting my fuel pressure regulator but there was plenty of clearance between the valve covers and intake
