    Brown crap in coolant keeps comin back!

    It almost sounds like you have mixed Dexcool and regular green coolant together. Cuz it will turn to a brown gel type deposit. Very nasty stuff. Have you recently done a coolant exchange?

    I have the same issues. I sprung a coolant leak. Fixed leak. Cleaned out spark plug tubes. reinstalled everything as normal.
