    Like I said, by getting the Lentech valve body you will have true 1-2-3 shifting and also have the electronic lock-out for OD. It is by far the best way to go when upgrading an AOD.

    Suggestion: Go with Lentechs street terminator valve body. Then you will not need a shift kit. I second the motion for a trans cooler, when I did mine I installed a trans temp gauge at the same time. I would also suggest thinking about some type of ratcheting shifter. I use a modded b&M Hammer...

    I have solids on my 92. I notice a little more vibration but its not that noticable. Its not a car thats driven on the highway so maybe thats why. The cars abot 500 HP.

    Dont worry about running the 2.5 into a 2.25. Whatever loss there may be can be gained back plus some if you spent that money somewhere else.

    Youll have to look into it but I believe there is a way to do by rotating the tires and counting the number of driveshaft revolutions.

    Backfiring after head swap...........

    Have fuel pressure, have spark. When I try and turn it over it backfire through the intake, and wont start. I guess Ill have to crank her manually back to top dead center and drop the dizzy back in again.....
