    Carbon fiber hood

    I like the hood shown above. If you put on that hood, and some wheels with black centers and polished lips, and maybe a carbon fiber trunklid or paint the spoiler black. I think it would look pretty good. I think you would need some black accents on the side too.

    Just be careful, like Tylerb59 said, it the transmission has problems and needs to be replaced you know most dealers will try to play it off as being caused somehow by you putting in a non stock shifter. Of course a new shifter is next on my list of mods :D If I start having tranny problems...

    I'm looking for a new shifter too, but I just put in my springs this week. I think Steeda Sport Springs might give you the drop you're looking for :nice: (I left out the lower spring isolator in the fronts because stock it looks like the front sits a bit higher)

    The isolators have nothing to do with turning. My 70 Camaro only has top ones on it stock, so I did the same on the mustang. No noise at all with just the upper :nice:

    I got the wheels on ebay from performancexcessories for $599, I got the springs straight from Steeda for $188, and I got the rear tires Local for $169 each Cost a bit, but I think I got goodf deals on everything :shrug:

    Here is a (crappy) picture of my dad's 67 GT 390 4-Speed Fastback with it's new wheels and tires. The car had hubcaps before, he told me he was going to get some new wheels, he had the TT's picked out, but he was going with 14's or 15's, but I talked him into getting 17's He loves them :D
