    Its actually pretty easy to pass the sniffer down here, but you do have to pass the visual which will require that a smog pump at least be located in the engine bay with a belt running to it.

    I don't have an aftermarket shifter in it yet, but the stock may be worn completly out... it sounds like more of an internal noise, though...

    You've got several options... First, you can buy all kinds of X and H pipes with two high flow cats... or, you can have a couple of cats welded into the pipe thats on the car or, you can say f**k it and leave the cats off :nice:

    Ever since I've had my car, when I really get on it, I get this god-awful ticking / clacking sound. If I ease the car up in RPM it doesn't do it, but if I stomp it it'll start clacking around 3-3500 RPM. I just had my clutch, flywheel, and bearing replaced and it still does it. Any ideas...

    BBk lowering springs creaking

    My car currently has BBK springs and no isolators and it makes ALL KINDS of weird noises... personally, I can't wait to replace them... for the record, the car was that way when I got it!

    Cougars have the non-HO motor... I wouldn't bother with the trouble... I'm with slo 5.0, MPS has a great selection of used motors and you don't even have to pull it!!! :nice:

    Thanx for the advice... I haven't had a chance to actually see if the outside signals are actually flashing since this isn't something I generally notice until I'm well down the road... if it continues I'll try the flasher first and take it from there... electrical just isn't my thing :notnice:

    Whats up guys? Its been awhile since I've had anything to post about... BUT... Lately, when I first get in the car to go to work in the morning, from inside, the left turn signal arrow blinks VERY slowly and the right one "clicks" but doesn't blink... but by the time I get to work they both...
