Can you take off the Mach1 Decals?

You got to be stupid to take off the Mach1 decals. They really look nice on the car. You will ruin the looks of the Mach1 styling if you are stupid enough to take the decals off. Leave them on or buy yourself a GT which doesn't have the decals.

    Buying a mustang

I would NEVER buy any other car besides the Mustang. The only time that I would do that is if other manufacturers started building affordable muscle cars that were as fast as and as nice looking as the Mustang. Period.

    starting to get bored

Have some patience. They will be in the showrooms by the Fall 2004.

Trading in for 05: The ugly topic of resale value

I also think that the Mach1's will hold their value. And so will the Bullitt Mustangs.

    Alaska always gets the shaft

Alaska is too cold. It may be a beautiful place, but who wants to live in a place where there are not any women around. I love women. Alaska only has a large male population. There is like 1 woman for every 8 men. It would be great to live there if you were gay or from San Fransisco. :D :owned:

    Rear End Bumper Bottom out?

How did you do that? Did that happen during launch when you accelerated at the track on the starting point? You may need to get some dampers. I don't really know if that's what you call them, but they would prevent your rear end from hitting the underneath frame of your car during quick launches...

mod my V6 or sell it and get a V8?

Get the V8. Sell your V6 Mustang and upgrade into a V8 Mustang. The prices on the V8's are really cheap and affordable right now. There are many V8 Mustangs available at the Ford dealerships. You can get the BEST deal on a V8 Mustang right now.

    2005 interior...WTF?

Ford can try to improve on the steering wheel. I like the steering wheel, but the only thing which I don't like about it is the center part of it where the shaft of the steering column begins. The center cap is too big. It would be nice if Ford could bring back the rim blow steering wheel or the...

Trading in for 05: The ugly topic of resale value

Yeah, that's what I am going to do here. I am driving just my V6 Mustang and I have my 2001 GT stored for the entire winter. I already have 19,250 miles on the V6 Mustang and I plan on putting many more miles on it before I get rid of it. I try to take good care of it, but any car which is used...

    Buying a mustang

All the cars which I listed above that I really like are ALL aerodynamic. You don't have to build a rounded car to make it aerodynamic. Any of the nice looking cars which I mentioned above in my list are NOT rounded and they are ALL EXTREMELY aerodynamic. So the stupid notion that people think...

    Love the new design but..........

You don't want the new 2005 Mustang to be too rounded. Then it will look as ugly as the Corvette. The new 2005 Mustang looks just fine. It looks like the 65,66, 67,68 and 69 Mustang retro design. All the Mustangs built during those years were fast and nice looking. This new 2005 Mustang will be...

05 GT to start at $25K?

You bet that it WILL happen. It's just a matter of time before there will be many Mustangs sitting on the dealer lots unsold. Then they will want to give good deals to get rid of them. Give it some time (1+ year or so). It will happen. That's why I'm waiting. I don't want to pay $26,000 for a...

    Fuel economy

My gasoline mileage just went up from 17 mpg to 19 mpg. I used to drive it 100% highway and I used to get 23 mpg, but the mileage dropped when I wasn't doing much highway driving anymore. Lately, I have been taking my Mustang on the highway and the MPG mileage has steadily increased.

    to replace a fuel filter?

Ford service rescommends that you replace the fuel filter at 30,000 miles. Every 30,000 miles. Not anytime less than that.

    Buying a mustang

Yeah, The 1999-2004 Mustang GT The 2005 Mustang GT The Ford GT-40 The 1977-2004 Lotus Esprit The 2004 Jeep Wrangler The Ferrari Mondial All the cars which I mentioned above are NOT ugly. Everything else that's being built is rounded and ugly. I don't like anything else. As you can see...

05 GT to start at $25K?

You will be able to buy the Mustnag GT in 2006/2007 for UNDER $25,000. Ford will have rebates and dealer incentives. There will be plenty of Mustangs unsold on dealer lots. I wouldn't worry about the price. I bet that you will be able to buy a brand new Mustang GT for $22,000 to $23,000.

    2005 Mustang Seat Comfort

I was driving in a 2002 Rolls Royce. If you want really nice seats, the Rolls Royce is the car to own. The seats are really comfortable and sporty. The BMW, Audi, and Mercedes and Lexus seats are nothing compared to the Rolls Royce seats.

    saw a gto

I have seen the new 2004 Malibu. They have given it a whole brand new body style. The previous Malibu was rounded in the front and in the rear. The new 2004 Malibu is more linear in the front and squared in the rear. It look much nicer than the 2003 model year Malibu. I wouldn't mind owning a...

Is it risky to buy 05 mustang this year?

I was driving in a 2000 Lincoln Towncar 4 door sedan Limosine the other day. The vehicle still had its original engine and original transmission in it. They were NEVER rebuilt. And do you know how many miles were on the engine and transmission? It had 421,800 miles on it! That's right. This 2000...

Trading in for 05: The ugly topic of resale value

I have also been thinking about keeping both of my current Mustangs. If my 2002 V6 Mustang is still in good shape I think that I will want to keep it. The same thing goes for my 2001 Mustang GT. If I had to trade any of these 2 Mustangs for the 2006/2007 Mustang, I would have a very hard time...
