    Yes it's very easy. Access to it can't be any easier. Unplug harness, take out screws and remove it. You shouldn't have a problem.

    No that is not normal. Your losing it somewhere. Get a pressure tester from autozone and check the system.

    Change the coil pack with another one. Reset the computer and see if you throw a code on the other cylinder. If so, bad coil pack.

    It should still be covered unless they can prove that one of your mods caused the trans problem. My dealer didn't say anything about my mods. They could of easily said my 4.10's caused my trans problem but they didn't. They know this is a typical problem with the 3650 so you should be fine. Good...

    Yep! Under load is when you can hear it the best. It's a known problem with the 3650. Snap bearing?? LOL! That would be the throw out bearing if thats what their talkin about. If so, you would hear it squeel all the time. Gotta be the synchros in your case. Any extended warranty left on the car...

    I bet its your synchros. Sounds familiar. I had the same problem. 4th gear was the worst.

    Correct. You wont need to change the speedo gear.
