    You might be better off getting new ones. I've done a bit of searching on the web and most places seem to charge about the same as a new set of ponies to refinish them. Ford Racing sells new Ponies w/center caps for $150 each, which isn't cheap, but it's not horrible either.

    Yeah, I was afraid that would be the answer Saleen0679. From the looks of the PCV Valve and grommet that came out it appears the components are the same ones that left the Ford plant 14 years ago. Solvent and more leverage would seem to be the only answer. :D

    Tried that for the past two days and still haven't been able to get the blasted screen out. I've screwed a 3.5 inch drywall screw into the screen, put a pair of vice grips on it, pulled for all I'm worth and still can't get the screen to pull out. :bang: Does anyone have any suggestions...

    What kind of gas milage do you get

    I'm getting a little over 17mpg in pretty much all city driving. It's a vert with 2.73's and an auto. I just bought it in December and haven't been on a highway trip yet, so I don't know what the highway milage will be.

    I'm getting about 17 mpg in my 154K vert with an auto tranny. Are you sure you don't have 4.10's in the rear or something else in the drive line that might have been changed before you got the car?
