    It's a nasty feeling 'popping' the hood, knowing exactly what you're going to see. LOL. :eek: Like I said, it seems like I've cleaned all angles. Still need to polish and detail a few. But the remnants of coolant have been cleaned away. ;)

    The way this one is made, you can always shave it down using a grinder with a soft disc or a random orbital sander. Take it down a bit. It should work fine.:shrug:

    I gotta say, if this car is finished off as well and tasteful as it has been so far, this will be my favorite looking fox. I love it, so far. Everything from wheel choice to paint. Beautiful job. I couldn't have dreampt up anything better. Keep her going. ~Jeff

    What can cause rear axle to be offcenter!!!

    Mines off center, lightly. Without measuring, I would say about 3/16" more to one side.

    Paint for stock valve covers??

    I simply used a rust inhibitting enamel in a can for mine years ago. They've since been swapped out. But with about 30,000 kms on them, they never chipped or discolored. 4 bucks a can.

    These pics don't necessarily show a whole lot. But super clean and tasteful additions is what I was after. IMO, I achieved it. In others opinions, it's not their thing. To each their own, they say.

    got me some SFC's today

    They will definitely help the car out, Roland. I've sold over 40 sets'ish. LOL. No issues to date. One guy had purchased a beat up old 89. the frame and body were so twisted, he had a 1/2" space up front on one side of the car only. I think it was more of an improper jacking area at some point...
