    I need a strong adhesive

Lord Fuser products are made for this work. It dries extremly hard but will not crack, plus it can be sanded. Lord Fuser has been tested and is stronger than a panel that has been welded on.

    Just put on 275/40/17's.. problems/opinions!!

yank the quads off like everyone else said. I have no quads on my 91 with R58 Cobra R's 17x9 and the only problem was fitting them up front(cut fenders, rolled fender lips, pushed out on the fender from the inside).

    Windsor Hood Clearence

Mine fits under my Harwood 4" with plenty of room. I dont have dropped motor mounts on it. The Harwood 4" I have is very similar to the height of my friends Cervinis 2 1/2" cowl. They must measure differently, or I got the wrong hood when I ordered it.

    Finding Touchup Paint

Take it to a paint store dealer. Make sure it has a spot at least 6" in diameter that is clean and buffed to shine. PPG dealer here has a color spectromoniter, bad spelling there, but they can lay that on your car and read the paint and it will give you a list of the closest color available to...

    408 in a 5.0

Short block is the block with the the rotating assembly, long block slaps heads on top of that. I have a 408 in my 93 and love it. The thing about a 408 producing 500hp, is that it can do it easily NA and with pump gas. Im running 10:1 and 91-93 octane gas in my car. Then you will always...

How do you paint a car? and how hard is it?

If you want a good high quality job, take it to a shop. It took me about a year before I could honestly walk into a paint booth and have complete confidence in spraying. Theres a lot of things that happen when you spray and most of the problems that you have can easily be fixed by someone who...

How well can a fox be made to handle?

With my complete Griggs setup and shaved 275 40 17 Toyo RA1s it honestly doesnt even feel like Im in a Fox Body anymore. Griggs can take a fox body to 1.3Gs in corners with the same tires Im running, basically all the exact same components as me except they run a Watts link rear. I would hate...

    quarter panel

You can do either of them. Depending on the location and amount of rust, it may be easier and more cost effective to replace the entire 1/4. Ive repaced 1/4 panels before and Ive also patched. Most the time I try to patch unless its been hit, or rusted really bad.

Those with SPEC clutchs please come in

I have a stage 3 SPEC and a Fidenza aluminum flywheel. I like both of them a lot. Its grabs pretty hard and I wouldnt want it on a daily driver, but its good for my car. They do make 2 different stage 3 clutches they either come with a carbon or ceramic disc, designed to work with your...

Pony Wheel Paint? Who sells it?

A lot of aftermarket body companies will usually carry and specialize in wheel paint also. I know that Keystone does, and they do a very good job on rims. Other than that, basically any paint company can get you that color. Ive used PPG base/clear on rims before and its a pain to spray but...

    Rear Anti-Roll Bar Info?

Im using Griggs Racing World Challenge lower control arms on the rear and they have no way to hook up a sway bar. The World Challenge is the top of the line, intended for racing only. I believe that Griggs cars are turning 1.3Gs using these lower control arms. They are using Watts link setups...

    carberated setups(pics)

BIGS Performance Stage 5 950 carb, Fuel Safe cell, Aeromotive fuel system 10AN feed line 8AN return, dual 6AN lines from regulator to carb bowls. The only pics I have are of the old 750 setup when the motor was first installed, none of the new 950.

    Curtis or anderson?

TEA is one of the best if not the best in buisness with Trick Flow heads. What proting did they have done? My flow numbers are extremly impresive and I dont know of another shop who can hit those flow numbers off a CNC program. I dont believe that Brian would do poor work. Go to his website...

    Curtis or anderson?

Brain Tooley at Total Engine Airflow is who I went with. I trusted him with my cam and heads. He did a very good job and I would go with him again.

Trick Flow Twisted Wedge Head Help

DONT use permatex....... Use ARP Moly lube(there is a difference between ARPs moly lube and other companies), and then use ARP Teflon Sealer for your bolts that run into your coolant passages. Also I would not torque them any tighter than ARP recommends, they have spent thousands of hours and...

    Pushrod length?

What do you mean youve found those 3 different pushrod lengths online? You can get just about any pushrod length you will ever need. The only way to be sure is to spend the $15 on a length checker and measure for yourself. Proper valvetrain geometry is extremly important to the life of your...

    Hooking the airbags back up

You need to make sure that the airbag sensors you have are good first off, secondly there are 3 sensors and they should all be installed with the arrows facing forward(most manufacturers put arrows on them). Make sure the battery is disconnected and has been for at least 30 seconds, but I like...

    Door Trouble

Does any air leak through it? If it leaks going down the road then you may need to move the striker in, so the door shuts farther. Besides what they said this could be the only other thing. Usually the striker doesnt move, and if it did youd see the back of the door and the rear 1/4 not...
