The Track Boss intake for Clevors needs a LOT or work to be a decent intake. The entrances to the end runners is FUBAR. Welding and heavy porting will be involved.
OOPS - reread the reference was to Street Boss not the Track Boss
See my post above. Even if the heater core was plugged, the pump pressure in the supply line would push water through the spacer and into the hard return line - the differential pressure is there to force flow.
I have an Explorer heater core hard line hanging on the wall from an intake core purchase that has both the supply and return nipples on the two lines - you'd just have to swap that out. Look in a local JY for one like it.
You should pick up but I'd be suprised if it got to 310.......give it a try if you have the cam. I've got one on the shelf waiting for an excuse to put it in..........
to the OP - if you put on a Cobra with a 55mm Fox MAF, BE SURE to change out the MAF with a 70mm 94-95 MAF and then you can run a 65mm or 70mm TB. The Fox 55mm MAF is a significant bottle neck as is the stock lower. I've never found a GT40/Cobra/Explorer upper that had a smaller TB oppening...
