Yes, they're taking pre-orders for the new one. I haven't put one in yet but I will soon.

Another new one for January. I like it better than the FBI Pursuit Car.

Correct. The teal 93 Cobras, as most know, is most desirable and often hits $400-500. The 93 yellow LX convertible even tops $250 at times. They used to give those out for free along w/a $30 fan club membership (I got an extra one this way back then). Some of the police cars are worth in the...

Because they're a high-end manufacturer. Welly made some 4-eye Foxes w/much lesser detail which are closer to that price though. Should be easy to find some online. I don't think there are any other 1:18 size 87-93s by other companies, though.

Got my LXs today, and another old school SN95 was delivered today too.

Cant Find A Mac Catback Anywhere....

MAC is my preference; I've had their kit on my car since 2001 (wow!). Flowmaster naturally has plenty (and surely more) fans, so it's all in the ear of the beholder. Pardon the lack of a better description, but I would say the MAC is less "tinny" or "hollow" sounding when you get on it. The MAC...

Similar in being throaty and having drone, but they are IMO very distinguishable between each other in sound.

I wasn't even thinking; good point. Oh well, I need more Foxes in my collection and that's pretty unique still.

Cool stuff! I have a ton more than just GMP, but they're still my favorite line. Shelby Collectibles would have to be a close second these days, though. I just saw Acme advertise the FBI Pursuit Vehicle photos. Is it me or does it seem like it's the original Fox Body mold w/the overly-slanted...

Just got an email that the Vermillion LX will be here next month. They say there are only 100 left (as of a couple days ago). I picked up a couple and a couple FBI pursuit cars. More photos: 18804 - an album on Flickr

Nope, but the speculation is that it will be pretty much this: Marks 92 fbi pursuit car - Silver 1991 91 notchback ssp Mustang - suburbancycles - gotstang.com

I got confirmation of my pre-orders for both new cars. Though they didn't provide an estimated shipping date, they did say that I would be charged when they were ready to go. I thought they'd be out by now

Bumpin' from the dead. The new LX will soon be here. I have it and the other police vehicle pre-ordered already. I like it, but I noticed the tail lights are incorrect for the year unless that's just a pre-production photo.

1987 Gt Auto "drop Top" Is It Worth It?

I used to always tell me my grandma she could take my 5.0 out any time she wanted. I wish she had, that would have been f'n classic :rlaugh:

How Many Miles Are On Your Fox Mustang?

Purchased in 2000 with 55K, just turned 81K this year when I put a whopping 1000+ miles on it.

    Optima Batteries?

I know you mentioned yellow tops, but since others are chiming in about red tops... I had one from the early 2000s and it lasted over 11 years (!) before it finally died. The replacement I bought was :crap: despite my having the proper style battery charger/tender used for maintenance (or...

Progress Thread My Kenne Bell Twin Screw'd Foxbody thread, (new addition to the family)

I left mine in place, but I also made a little polished cover box for that corner to conceal random crap that didn't get moved. I ended up liking the look since it added some more shiny stuff, and that thing stands out a little more than if it weren't there and it looked like others. Since I...

Tough to see exactly what it looks like in there, but I can recall that on the pass. side I tucked that high-sitting corner of the brakelines downward to also reside underneath the pinchweld. That helped to keep it tight, and thusly hold the main harness back and out of the way. I would expect...

    SN95 Post Your Sn Wheels

I put the harness first, then used the tension/tightness in the brakelines to more or less hold the harness into place and keep it tucked up there.
