    sort of, the blowers are rated at 14,000rpm - however the blowers are known to take up to 18,000rpm (again check with sccoa.com) Eaton engineers will spin these things up all the time, they know what they can take :nice: you planning on staying with 24lbs injectors? even the 3.8L...

    neither, stop looking at the %'s and consider the actual diameter of the crank and the supercharger pulley. M90 8-rib Pulley measures 2.43" Supercharger 8-rib Crank Pulley measures 6.92" (note: this is not the same as the 6-rib accessory crank pulley)

    I'd suggest you do more research before continuing. I'd look for a Vortech crank pulley with the 8-rib s/c pulley (somewhere around 7" diameter). You can find pullies for the M90s all over the web, I'd suggest you go to www.sccoa.com as the supercoupe guys have tons of information.

    so your going to run the supercharger with the accessory 6-rib belt? have you bothered working out the speeds the blower will be spinning given the diameter of the crank pulley and the supercharger pulley? im not sure you understand how much work your getting yourself into :flag:

    I can testify to the hot temperatures. My M90 blower would produce 270*F air at WOT. When I ran 93 octane pump gas even with 6* base timing I would hear constant detonation. To solve the problem i ran 110 octane Turbo Blue @ 8* base. No more detonation though with today's gas prices that...

    when you read my answers, keep in mind i run a m90 + 5.0L on my car you wont need the boost retard (but its never a bad idea to have one) seeing as your going for a m90 tells me your obviously interested in saving some $ I would suggest using the bypass however. Use the Eaton bypass...
