    Mongoose kit... Which ONE?

It will really just come down to preference. Neither kit should be in one way superior to another unless you're splitting hairs and being really application specific. Generally, you will hear that the KB will feel outstanding on the street while a vortech will be a track performer...

    UMI Performance...

Hey, thanks for pointing that out. It looks like a comparable product. I may look into getting them.

    UMI Performance...

Has anyone had any experience with UMI Performance? They seem to be all the rave with LS1/LT1 guys and they also now carry mustang parts. Sort of similar to the transition that SLP went through. Anyways, I was looking at their selections and one of the things that caught my eye was their...

Opinion on rear bumpers w/o rear exhaust

Sound is not why I'm doing it. Besides, I don't want to go with side exhaust because I already have a 98 Stg 2 Roush. It's more so function over form (or sound in this case).

Opinion on rear bumpers w/o rear exhaust

I'm looking for opinions. I don't plan on having rear exit exhaust here shortly. I don't really want to keep my stock gt rear bumper either because of the 2 exhaust ports just sitting there, empty. I've considered getting a Roush rear valance clip but, there's also the option of getting a V6...

So how many TOB's have you been through?

Never. 2003 with 56K miles. I commute a lot, too.

tomustang and other drag suspension guru's

Steeda's drag springs are Eibachs. You'll have basically the same rear height with a raised front end if you keep all the coils on the springs. I'd still say keep the stockers. Or if anything, get front drag springs only.

tomustang and other drag suspension guru's

I honestly don't see why it wouldn't work but, keep your stockers or try to get some take off bullitt or mach 1 rear springs for drag. You might save a few bucks. You still have your solid axle, right?

    Mazda speed 6

From what I can tell, they should be fairly quick...considering. Just stay on point and I think you would do ok. Just don't expect to own him.

So Can I Rev Higher Now?

Unfortunately, it's not as clear cut as that. You could have blower cams and a blower but stop making any real power at 6k. Your cams would have to have been ground to make power up in that rpm range, the blower, I'm sure will be fine. But then you'd also probably need a better flowing intake...

Stillllllll cant decide. which makes more power?

Red2000GT is on the right track. It's neither an H or X pipe. If you look at the ProChamber Diagrams, the front 2 parts of the exhaust piping simply enter a square chamber, then the back to pieces exit the chamber and connect to the cat back system. | | | | | | | | \ \ / /...

    Suspension ?

Your straight line performance will suffer with a set up like that. Although, you may get more satisfactory performance in the turns. For $500, though, thats really not bad. It'll definitely make your car "feel" more responsive through the turns. Whether or not the ride quality will be any...

    Drag shocks

I have 90/10's and 50/50's on my daily driver. Speaking specifically of shocks, the 50/50's are the same as stock, I believe. The 90/10's do float a little bit but not enough for it to cause problems while driving around in the street. Seriously, you'll only *really* notice it when you lay...

So Can I Rev Higher Now?

There's a bit more to it than that. You would have to make sure that all the "moving parts" in you engine is capable of sustaining a higher rpm than 6k. For instance, if I were to try and make a high revving 2v, I'd try to get a light weight rotating assembly, along with valve springs that...

Are 4.10's too big for a supercharger, or turbo?

I agree that it depends on a lot of factors. I'm personally a fan of centri blowers with 4.10's in high rev applications. While in some regards, the 2v 4.6 may not be the highest rev motor but, it does have a decent rpm range. I think, if you could possibly make the motor run safely to 7k...

    poll on mufflers

I'm personally a fan of 1 chamber flows :) Plenty louder than the 2 chambers while still maintaining that flowmaster sound. I have a vid of my exhaust in my signature.

    Way's to add Horsepower?

Actually, if you want to be technical, things that add power are literally called power adders. Superchargers, Turbo's and Nitrous. Now if you want to "free" up more horsepower, then there is a slew of possibilities. If you really want to stay in the bolt on game, do yourself a favor and...
