    So... ...just those two items, gas fill and strut popping. I know Ford has a service fix for the strut pop - is there a fix for the gas fill problem or does one just have to live with it? Thanks for the response Peewee.

    I'm planning to sell my '02 GT Vert and get the new model. Originally planned to do so after the holidays but just found a '05 GT 5-speed with very low miles...a willing seller...in my color and options...hard to resist. Just hope it's not from Hurricane Central with dead fish in the trunk...
