    I like Redline D4ATF cause I think it allows for silky smooth shifts at any temperature. I think it takes something like 2.8 quarts.

    Why wont an 89 vert rear seat fit into my 91 vert?

    Just so you know the toneau covers are also different as my 87 only has three snaps and the newer ones apparently have 4. I think that started in 90 but I am not sure.

    What I have seen is lots of parts that do fit on an 86 for some reason dont get the callout on the fitment sheets. You are right there is a lot of common part specs between an 86 and my 87 but not all by a long shot!

    gas pedal feels stiff

    Last time mine was really stiff and eventually it actually hung up. The fix was to adjust the idle speed screw. I had it so far off that it started to bind up in the TB.

    I have and love my Catco cats which came with my Bassani X pipes a few years ago and are cleaner than the 4 stock cats I had before!

    just had the 3.73's installed!!

    If you have a ragtop and no subframes you will not beleive the difference!! My 87 (not as stiff as your 95) felt like a piece of semi boiled spaghetti before now feels rock solid just like the notch!
