    Simple Question? Pleas help..

You were told right, the only difference is the addition of the MAF sensor wiring, which you'll just have to leave unplugged.

    Crazy Starting issue

Where did you connect the power cables to the ignition box? Sounds like you may have wired the ground to the starter solenoid.

    fuel pump question

It depends on the pump as Mallory makes models that will work great, and some that will be too much for the street. But the manufactures site, or even the POP should be able to tell you.

TwEECer, PMS, AEM, ETC... I'm so confused!

I went with the tweecer RT for my weekend car. I like the 5 different tunes that I can swap to on the fly...the price didnt hurt any either. The software isn't hard to learn, theres tons of explanations on what the different things do, as well as a handy yahoo group just for tweecer. Lots...

PCV/Catch can thread - just info

The PCV uses vacuum, since there is no vacuum at WOT, it no longer functions which is where the TB tube comes in. Even though the PCV will still allow gas to vent at WOT, it's main function is part throttle/idle. I have my PCV capped off and vent the valve covers with a tube under the...

    Main bolt ?

It will work, just make sure there isn't much difference in the install location. On a side note, roll the edge of the pickup while you have it out. It helps only fractionally, but since you have it out...why not?

    MAF frustrations!

Yup...the different tubes change the way the air flows. I rotated it and got the surging to go away, as well as help the part throttle running.

Mid 13's whatd do you think?

Mid/high 13s will be good to go with traction and good driving. I agree with the suggestion about the cam, the stock cam quite good actually. Wait till you upgrade the heads before doing the cam.

What supporting mods do I need for this blower?

I would suggest a second pump like a T-rex. It's cheap insurance! HP/Boost depends on the combination, which is why I use the 17psi=twice base HP. This is the number procharger uses, it does depend on the efficiency of the blower setup. You are really pushing your fuel system with the...

PCV setup - need the info!

You dont NEED a PCV valve going to the breather/intake. All motors will have a certain amount of blow by, any increase is mostly caused by wear. Race cars use crankcase evacuator kits which use the exhaust to actually create a vacuum at WOT which does help the rings seat better. but...

What supporting mods do I need for this blower?

Assuming your numbers are RW, you have around 310 +/-5 at the flywheel. It takes about 17psi to double your power at the flywheel, but 14.2(one atmosphere) to double it without the drag of the blower itself. The important thing to consider is that your motor will actually be producing more...

    Oil Pressure gauge help

You'll have to install it at an angle...more of a pain, but it looks to be the only way it will work. That or an extension.

    What tube for 24# & C&L meter??

A bud of mine has a 95 Cobra, he just got a C&L meter for his stock 24#ers. They sent him a tube for 19#ers, will this work since his CPU is calibrated for 24#ers as well??? What calibration do you have for your 5.0L Cobra/C&L setup? BTW, his car is not running that great and I'm thinking...

Want to use AFR 205's and hydr. roller cam?

You can order your heads with springs for hydrolic roller, at least you can from Houston performance, the spring upgrade(for solid roller) is 135.

    Cobra with C&L meter

Right, but I wonder if the C&L uses the 19# tube with his 24#ers since his electronics(which he took off his stock meter) are already calibrated for 24s.

    Cobra with C&L meter

I have a buddy that has a 94 Cobra, he ordered a C&L meter for the 24# injectors that his car came with. They sent him one that had 19# on the box, he called them and they said it would work with 24s. His car is not running correcly(he changed a few other things). Has anyone else that has a...

    Accel Distributor Problem(s)

I just took it apart and found that Accel uses a press on fitting with teeth that are supposed to interlock, mine aren’t when fully pressed, but do when pulled up some. I fired off an e-mail to Accel tech support asking about some sort of recall/replacement. I can customize and modify it to...

    Accel Distributor Problem(s)

I have had my Accel distributor for about 5k miles. I had one problem where the screws that hold down the hall effect sensor down came loose, luckily I caught it before it caused any damage. Just last night I was driving home and my car suddenly started running like CRAPOLA, hardly wanting to...
