    Sure, it'll fit, but you'll be scraping on every bump in the road and have fun on any entry with an incline. I have the steeda splitter with about a 1 1/4" drop and it gets hairy sometimes.

    Centrifugals=whistle Twin Screw=whine The procharger I had was louder than any of the vortechs I've had on my car, even the JT race blower. In terms of "the way they sound", the Novi is my favorite but like you said, that shouldn't even be a thought when buying a blower.

    I've got a Modular Powerhouse (T&J) built motor in my car. Purrs like a kitty and has taken some major abuse without problems. I'd pm him for specifics on pricing as there are many options any time you buy a shortblock. Figure on spending around $3k or so.

    I think the KB supplied unit is sufficient but I just wanted the extra capacity of the vortech unit (yes, the tank with the red cap) to hold more water in the hopes that it would allow for cooler water. The battery is in the trunk.

    CP pistons in my car. About $700 for a set but well worth it. The above mentioned pistons will work just fine as well.
