    I just run the psi that is labeled on the side of the tire. That's what the tire manufacture recommends and I follow it. I don't want a blow out like what happened during the whole Explorer fiasco.

    Remember, if you go with the Cobra R brakes you'll have to use 18in wheels so they will fit. Standard Cobra brakes can use 17in wheels. If you already have 18in wheels then its all good.

    Don't worry it should fit. Take a look at the x pipes. Most say "will fit 99-01 Cobra, 99-04 GT and 03-04 Mach 1."

    Price is one of the reasons people stick with Mustang Style wheels. The wheel comes in Hyper Silver too. It lists it as 17 in only. Full TSW line for cars. They got some nice looking ones. http://www.tsw.com/new/productline_passenger.php Privat makes some good looking wheels too.

    The quality of the tire plays a big part too.

    The Cobra R has 18's and so do the Roush's, Steeda's and Saleen's. I was always under the impression that 18's with a low profile tire helps improve handling.

    Porsche's, Corvette's, Viper's, Ferrari's and Lamborgini's have wider wheels in the rear and they handle awesome. I don't know if Indy cars have the same size wheel and tires all around.

    I would go with 18 x 9 for the front and 18 x 10 for the rear. They say a low profile tire helps with cornering.
