    Unless your looking to do a concours restoration, I would cut out the rusted area, treat the bare metal, and weld a patch over it. Some pics of the affected area would be nice for a more thorough evaluation.

    I have the dual fan/DC controller set-up. It runs at 180 all day long, even w/ A/C on. The fan is an OEM Ford unit from the SVT Contour. See Search Results for " dccontrol.com " for specs on fan. Baskin makes a great controller that I wholeheartedly endorse.

    clutch pedal assembly

    When I did mine, I replaced the plastic bushings on the pedals. Not sure if they are still serviced by Ford as my car was done 13 years ago. New bushings and synthetic grease and have had no issues. I also reused the AOD brake pedal as it's larger than the T-5's. Works great.

    you may want to go to a 255 in tank pump. I had a problem w/ a 190 where the T-rex aux pump was sucking it dry. You need to have in tank larger than aux.

    Try going with a smaller gap and use colder plugs. Autolite 23's will work.

    5 point harness questions

    I had the "camlocks" and they were much easier to deal with versus latch. One twist and they all disengaged. I wrapped my shoulder belts around the bar and used the supplied metal piece to hold together. I bought Schroth harnesses, I feel the best you can buy.

    No flame here but what does Ford build that is comparable? Exactly! NOTHING. I like my Mustang but LOVE my '04 Bonneville GXP w/ V8 power. Granted it's FWD, but blows '08 GT's off the road w/ the same 4.6 liter engine. Oh did I forget that it's a 32 valve V8, something Ford has problems...

    The sticker is actually on the drivers door jamb, not the door. Look under where it says "EX" for exterior color. "INT will be interior.

    You do not have to remove the engine, but it must be lifted up a little to R/R the old/new ones. Get vert mounts, they are stronger.

    3g alternator/Vortech fitiment.

    I have the PA Performance 3G and had to trim the thick boss where the bolt goes to align to bracket. A few seconds with whizz wheel and it was fine. Had to remove about half of it. Added a nut to back of bolt for added security. Been 3 years now w/ no issues
