    I'd do gears (3.73 or 4.10) and a short throw shifter before I'd do any of things you mentioned. Both will offer an immediate and noticable improvement.

    PHBs aren't specific to subframe connectors. Are you thinking about a Torque arm setup? Don't change springs to get a level ride (most are off a bit anyway). If you do change springs, do for a different spring rate. I recommend you get a set matched by the manufacturer (front and rear)...

    Check out Soundstream Stealth amps. The smaller ones are ~9"x6", you should be able to fit one in the stock location. I am currently using two of them in my VW and they perform very well IMO. They're fairly cheap too.

    My set up is similar to yours. I spin to 7K and see 14psi with a 3.1" RR pulley. MMR LB, ported heads, except I have shorties, cats and stock catback. I'd bet just a pulley swap and reving to 7K will get you there.
