Compression Tester and/or a Leakdown Tester

I ended up buying my leakdown from Summit for like $65, works very well. My compression tester came from Sears for around $30, also works very well.

what does it cost to get a set of heads installed??

If you add in travel time to get parts and lunch it'll take longer. Add in beer time and it REALLY adds in some time. I suppose I've done it a few times as well. I have a stripped LX that we can redo head gaskets in about 2 hours total, but there are no accessories or emmissions...

what does it cost to get a set of heads installed??

I have no idea of what the normal time is for a mechanic, but from my own experience... 1.5-2 hours to remove all accesories/intake/old heads 1.5-2 hours to reinstall all parts (sometimes this takes longer since you're installing new parts) .5-1 hour to set up RR Apply that to normal...

    spring makers?

I've heard that as well. I think Eibach and H&R are two of the major manufacturers, and not just resellers.

Eibach Releasing 'Pro-Steet' Product Line: 4-6 Weeks

That's about the same cost as the MM kits w/Bilsteins.

    06 Cobra motor

I thought the same thing. I was told that this is the motor currently in the mules and is thought to be the motor of choice for GT/Lightning/Cobra. I'm sure they'll play with the ratings to not have a $40K Cobra outpower the GT though. We'll have to wait and see.

    06 Cobra motor

Nothing is for sure, I've heard through my limited contacts at Ford what I posted. He is involved with the 05 Mustang program currently, but not the Cobra. So it could be a rumor to him as well. I guess we'll all have to wait and see.

    06 Cobra motor

5.4 4V with a Lysolm twin screw, just like the GT and Lightning.

    Slotting the TPS

I had to do this on my 5.0. Small file and some effort and it was done. I was able to better adjust my TPS after.

Been having a horrible bump steer in the front end of my '99 GT

What you're experiencing doesn't sound like bump steer. It sounds like tramlining. This is typically caused by a wide front tire, improper inflation of front tire, improper toe settings, loose steering components. A bump steer kit will not help at all in this case. I'd check to ensure...

Driveshaft safety loop. Yes or no?

If the bolts work themselves loose then they probably didn't use lock washers(as supplied with the 3 loops I've done). It's not worth the trouble to weld it in.

Driveshaft safety loop. Yes or no?

Just bolt it in yourself. It'll take about an hour in your garage.

All these bolt ons and only 207rwhp!! HELP ME :(

Thanks The Bullitt made the 340 number. The LX only made 235rwhp/246rwtq uncorrected(no idea corrected). They both found different ways to hit mid 12s at the track. One with power and the other with no weight and ridiculous traction(1.64 60ft times).

    3-Link Rear suspension?

You may be able to run a stock exhaust, but you'll likely have to cut up your floorpan to get a 3-link to clear. Check out Factory Five Racing, there are some good pics there. Look under upgrades.
