Thanks everyone. Wow, that's a steep price, but for all the praise all you guys are giving I guess it's worth it. My best idea at this point will be a 306 w/Trick Flow heads as well as the upper and lower manifolds. This will be my first engine that I myself will be building and want to build...
Ok guys, I've done alot of reading on this subject and Im pretty much decided on the Ed Curtis cam. Question though: What is the general cost for one of his custom cams for a 306/331 motor? For info purposes this will be a weekend fun toy not a dedicated strip machine. Would still like great low...
Oh, you will love the sound of the pro chamber h pipe. Dont know what you started with but mine was actually quieter once the pro chamber was on. However, when the revs get up it sounds awesome.
On my first white 95 I had mac lt's and the pro chamber h. You will need O2 extenders. It's really not a pain, I did mine myself in the garage. Made it a little easier to remove the starter. I did have to undo motor mounts but only had to lift the motor a couple inches. Used a wood block and...
Anything other than stock is better in my opinion. I bought Hotchkis uppers/lowers myself. Cant really tell if there is any traction difference, but my tires arent the best right now. Installation wasnt to bad, but it would have been nice to have a second set of hands instead of doing by myself.

Thanks, and you are correct on who painted them. No, I left the UPR tach bracket black. The more I look at it the more I might change my mind on complete black interior. I saw a tan interior w/black carpet and black seats,,didnt look to shabby. Thanks again RC
Here are a couple shots of my painted interior pieces by other Stangnet member Rob (Sorry, didnt remember your screen name) They came out great and make my tan interior much more liveable.
sn95stangman: I havent downloaded that capability yet. Also, I was using the work laptop to read the forums. Saddle/Tan would be perfect,,seeing as how thats what I have. email me if poss. [email protected]. Thank you
I did both at same time (trick flow and mac LT w/prochamber) You can do this in your garage, take your time. You will be on you r back for the headers but no big deal. Never got to dyno due to selling the car for a darn harley and the kid who bought my car wrapped it round a tree 4mos later.Butt...
Question,,how in the heck do you route water temp wire w/sensor attached from a pillar to manifold. I dont see how it fits 'tween the dash and a pillar. The coolant sensor is pretty large. Also, where in the firewall do i put it through at? Im putting in the dual pod for oil pres. and water...
