    I tore the bushing in my traction master with 370 RWHP at the track with 17 inch drag radials. It induced terrible wheel hop after it was gone. With that said, they were on the car for many years and held up to an 11.9 pass before they reached their limit IMO.

    Define fast. I have at least 10k on my 65 with the -2.5 to -3 camber and my tires are not showing any signs of unusual wear yet. Since I don't daily drive it the tires will get old and need to be replaced before they wear out IMO. I also didn't roll my front lips ;)

    I will have to respectfully disagree with you there. I used to believe this also, until I compiled the charts, review the data extensively and talked to people who own both body styles. 67-70 have the same size wheel wells. 65/6 are much smaller. 71-73 are larger.

    You can fit much larger tires on the front and the back. Your wheel choice is what is limiting your options. 215 vs 225 steering effort....if you are going from a 185....you wouldn't notice a difference between the two...both would take more effort.

    You don't need to replace the column. You can keep the solid shaft setup, a direct bolt in replacement is available from FR. Now if you want to go tilt steering that's a different story.
