Whatta you fellas do, repair or replace tools?

depends what it is, sometimes both. If its electric I will usually replace unless I know exactly what it is that went bad and exactly what it is that caused the situation. If its a wrench I take it back and say hey my wrench broke and they give me another one.

    Food for Thought

I understand what worth is saying and I agree. My car will be in the body shop for awhile and I miss her already but the two tone primer paint job was starting to get to me. Make the car fun and safe to drive before you make her fast. Dont forget 400hp in a 2800lb car is a lot of motor.

I have that cam in my 302 with power brakes and I have no idea if I am getting the full working or whatever but its better than the manual brakes on my other car.

Going to Re-DDyno my Kenne Bell 01 Cobra tomorrow

I keep reading this over and over again with the KB kit, I have yet to see a dyno number higher than 410. In my opinion I wouldnt touch the KB until they figure out whats up.

    Front Coil Problems

my 1 inch lowering springs with the proper insulators didnt move my car at all. I ended up using the negative wedge kit and cutting a half of a coil off. I now grab a little bit of tire running 17inch rims. I may come down a little bit more but I am going to finishup the body first...

    The enemy

na I was just showing the pitting that happened because the owner (me) let it sit in the fog for the last 4-5 years with failing paint. Theres no rot on the car just some pits so I consider myself lucky. The bottom half actually looks cleaner than the top right now...lmao but its getting...

Anyone with shaved door handles or gas cap

my car is clean like that...or it will be once its done. No emblems no handles no gas cap no truck lid key hole and no seems. The drip rails are being "rolled" so they are smooth like they do on the older rods but not shaved. We are discussing smoothing the cowl over but its not time for that...

    The SN65 project car

well then I suppose you should run the halibrand knock offs if you want the "original" appearence. It just seems strange to me to go through some much work to make it look original but to each his own. Thats one of the reason I love these cars :)

    MUSTANG GT,MUSTANG COBRA,PORSCHE BOXSTER S

I wouldnt even consider a boxter s, I would buy an elise before the boxter. In reality I would probably pick up a C6 if I wanted a sports car.

    POR-15 failure...

I have actually been considering putting the spray on bedliner on my undercarriage after rust treatment but I havent been able to make a decision. Though your the first person I have heard of with a por15 failure. Could it be rusting through from the top side?

    The SN65 project car

I would run the cobra wheels you have on there right now, I am actually misunderstanding your ride height measurements. Your raising the ride height? or the wheel? You need to make the wheel tuck as much as possible in my opinion. The hallibrands would look great but I think a modern wheel...
