    Find the tire mfg website and look up that tire. Most always list specs including revolutions per mile. A tire size not setup right with computer even if gearing is will throw off speedo a few mph(2-4 maybe). Reading 80 in a 65 sounds more like it's not recognizing a gear correction. Like said...

    mac flowpaths?

    Mac mufflers are pretty much only one's I run. I don't recommend using an X-pipe with them as it gives them a nasty raspy sound.

    Highest rpm I see is on 1-2 shift which is 6400, 2-3 is at 6350 and 3-4 is at 6300. No need for me to rev it higher as horsepower is falling off just after 6100 with stock heads and I suppose intake also.

    Is this a piggy back pulley or not?

    Look like a set of older BBK pulleys. I have seen that style pulley installed without the balancer before. Owners are always suprised when I point it out. As for bad rod bearing, yes is probably related to lack of balancer.
